Land and Building Valuation

Rent Review and Lease Renewal
We can act for either Landlord or tenant with regard to the above negotiations using our expertise to negotiate the best outcome using our detailed knowledge of the market place backed up by the research and analysis of current rental trends and our knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law.
Business Rate Appeals
As a result of the business rate revaluation effective the 1st April 2010 many property occupiers may have an increase in their business rates. Planning Applications and Appeals
We are experienced in preparing and submitting Planning Applications for Change of Use or minor alterations to a building and collating and providing all the reports and consultations that are required to accompany and support an Application. On occasions if the Application is unsuccessful we can appeal the Planning decision.
